Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns due to change of mind or size exchanges.
We will replace orders within 10 days of its delivery as shown on the tracking website if they are damaged upon receipt.
To be eligible for a replacement, you need to email your order number and a picture of the product that clearly shows the damage to email@example.com
We only refund unprocessed or "not available" orders.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
